Monday Morning Motivation: A Healing Music and Nature “Bath”

A Monday Morning Brain Tune-up : Enya and the beauty of nature.

One key to aging with vitality and happiness is to make time to immerse ourselves in peaceful, calming experiences–an antidote to stress, fatigue and “brain fog”.

Take a music bath once or twice a week for a few seasons. You will find it is to the soul what water is to the body.”~ Oliver Wendell Holmes

“My advice is: go outside to the fields, enjoy nature and sunshine. Think of all the beauty that’s still left in and around you,  and be happy.” ~ Anne Frank

I noticed, as I watched this lovely video, that my breathing slowed and I felt my body letting go. Before diving into a busy day, I hope you will take a few minutes to enjoy this music and beauty bath. Forward it to a loved as a gift for their spirit.

Do you have a favorite nature spot? I am such an advocate for being in nature to revive our spirits and to reconnect us to the bigger picture of our lives. However…

In the midst of winter storms here in California and with the frigid weather keeping many of us inside, I offer this alternative “nature walk “for the delight of your body, mind and spirit!

Have a great week and remember to “make time for joy today!”

With Love, Connie
